Refund Policy

Overview

TruSorter provides digital, service-based image processing services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

By placing an order on trusorter.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


Digital Services

All TruSorter services are digital services.
No physical goods are supplied.

Once work has commenced, the service is considered in progress and cannot be reversed or resold.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong service
  • No longer requiring the service
  • Misunderstanding service scope after ordering
  • Deciding not to proceed after work has commenced

Scope and Service Limitations

All services are delivered according to the scope described on the relevant product page.

Services are based on applying the same or consistent instructions across all images within the selected quantity. Individual, image-by-image custom work is not included unless explicitly agreed in writing before ordering.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction resulting from:

  • Requests outside the stated service scope
  • Expectations of individual custom edits per image
  • Instructions provided after work has commenced
  • Assumptions not agreed upon in writing

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If an order cannot be completed due to:

  • Incomplete files
  • Unclear or inconsistent instructions
  • Files that cannot be processed as requested

We may request clarification before proceeding.

If the order cannot proceed after reasonable attempts to clarify, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on work already completed.


Errors in Service Delivery

If the delivered work does not comply with the originally agreed instructions, you must notify us within a reasonable time after delivery.

Where an error is confirmed, TruSorter will, at its discretion:

  • Correct the affected work, or
  • Provide a partial or full refund where correction is not feasible

Refunds will not be issued where the work matches the instructions provided at the time of ordering.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a service is deemed to have a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced.

If you request cancellation before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
