All services are performed according to the descriptions published on the relevant product pages. Services are delivered based on consistent instructions applied across the selected image quantity, unless otherwise agreed in writing before ordering.
No physical goods are supplied.
Scope of Work
Each service is limited to the scope described on its product page.
Services are based on applying the same or consistent instructions across all images within the selected quantity. Individual, image-by-image custom instructions are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to order placement.
Requests requiring different adjustments, positions, dimensions, text, dates, cropping areas, rotations, or edits for each individual image are considered custom manual work and may require a separate quotation, extended turnaround time, or may be declined.
Orders submitted with unclear, inconsistent, or complex instructions may require clarification before processing begins.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and must be paid in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the service scope described on the product page.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that falls outside our service scope or cannot reasonably be completed.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates only and depend on image quantity, specifications, and workload.
Estimated delivery time will be confirmed after order placement. Delays caused by unclear instructions, incomplete files, or changes requested after order placement may affect delivery time.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing source images in usable formats
- Supplying clear, complete instructions at the time of ordering
- Ensuring they have the legal right to use and modify the images submitted
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Revisions
Revisions are limited to correcting errors that do not comply with the originally agreed instructions.
Changes to scope, new instructions, or additional requirements requested after work has commenced are not included and may require a separate quotation.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital services:
- Refunds are not available for completed or partially completed work
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced
If TruSorter determines that a service cannot be completed due to scope issues or technical limitations, a refund or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All images and files submitted by customers remain the property of the customer.
TruSorter does not claim ownership of customer content and uses uploaded files solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruSorter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services.
Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the service fee, at our discretion, where required under Australian Consumer Law.
